This feature class was created primarily based on 2010 Census county lines exclude the islands.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;*TRPA is actually a bi-state agency created by the U.S. Congress and a compact between California and Nevada.
